  1. NICK KNEW WHAT WOULD HAPPEN GOING THAT FAST BUT
IT DID’NT SEEM TO MATTER CAUSE THIS WOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPEN IF HE HAD THOUGHT FOR ONE SECOND.
NOW JOHN HAS TO LIVE IN A NURSING HOME FOR THE REST OF HIS LIFE, WHAT A LIFE. YOU NEED TO SPENT A LOT OF TIME IN PRISON. I HOPE THE FAMILY GET ENOUGH
MONEY TO TAKE CARE OF HIM, MEDICAL COST IS SO MUCH MORE, THAN YOU GET PRISON TIME LIKE MAYBE 30 YEARS. GOOD LUCK YOU WILL NEED IT

  2. LISTEN HERE, JUST BECAUSE NICK KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING IT OESN’T MEAN HE WANTED TO GET INTO AN ACCIDENT! AND IF HIS M8 IS INJURED HARSHLY THEN I BET YOU ANYTHING HE FEELS NOTHING BUT REGRET FOR WHAT HAS HAPPENED SO BACK OFF AND LEAVE NICK ALONE AND I DON’T KNOW WHAT YOUR THINKING BUT I AIN’T A CRAZY GIRL FAN, I AM A 14 YEAR OLD WHO SUPPORTS THE HOGANS!! SO TELL YOUR FRIEND!!!!

  3. wheres the roll cage rich boy

  4. These 911 tapes are pretty incriminating. If his father weren’t who he is, we could be sure Nick would be in jail for a very long time IMO. Another thing that came out later is that Nick had been not entirely sober while he was driving at the time of this accident as well.

  5. Hey i think some of you need to think, have you ever street raced? do you know what other people like to do, street racing is not just something to do, it is a way of life. So Graziano could have said whoa man slow down, called the cops, or since he knew Nick he could have known they were going to race. I am pretty sure this was not some grocery run turned bad, they were both probably out there to race. I do not blame Nick at all, and if you want to start a little feud Rebecca, why don’t you go and get an education. Your grammar is about as poor as my two year old sister’s. Think about what you say and understand how it really is, not just how you think it is. Imbecile.

  6. OO and I agree, where did this little rich kid’s roll cage go, if you are that rich you should be able to afford it.

  7. My best friend was killed last year in a crash. A man was fussing with his baby and consequently cut off my friend in the opposing traffic. When he realized my friend was approaching, he STOPPED in the middle of the lane. He didn’t have time to think. That is why Jason died. Because of a crying baby. It was easy to want to be mad at the man for killing my best friend because he couldn’t wait one moment to deal with the baby, but that’s not the way. No matter HOW the accident happens, the outcome is the same. My life has been horrible ever since and if it had been my fault I would have died of the pain. I feel bad for Nick. I feel bad for John. If only he had his seatbelt, etc. But we can’t do yesterday again. I feel for all the families involved. The point is not to blame, it is do try to get by and go forward, try to teach other young people to do better. I hope the families can heal from this accident, like I have been trying to do for the last year.

  8. Nick deserves to be exactly where he is and for a much longer time. Even in his mug shot he does not look as if he is sorry for what he has done. The tapes from jail are outrageous and selfish. He is still behaving like an infant, just as he does best. His parents can’t fix everything with money. They did not raise him well at all. Should have put him in general population, little punk!

  9. I hear you Neecie; those prison phone tapes are pretty disgusting. Good to hear the ‘real’ Hogan’s though. I was going to have the article up last night of the prison tapes but we lost power too many times. The post is up now though; I located 3 tapes that are pretty insightful. Here is the post:
Nick Hogan (aka Bollea) Prison Phone Tapes

  10. [...] get on the public highways and begin what they have often been known to do, race.  Both the 911 calls and the Police Investigation support the claim that the vehicles were racing. One of these cars is [...]

  11. Hey Ryan? How do you know John didnt ask Nick to slow down…were you in the car…i dont think so, so maybe u should keep your opinion to yourself.

That pic up there with Nick standing in front of the smashed up car is sickening too…look at the smug `duhh what, did i do something` look on the losers face!!

  12. I’m pretty sure Nick’s friend wasn’t saying “No Nick, stop! Don’t race. I don’t want you to. It isn’t safe.” I’m pretty sure he would be saying “Go for it! Smoke ‘em!” So let’s not blame everything on Nick. He’s in jail - which is more than he deserves, so leave him alone.

  13. Why do you think jail time is more than Nick deserves? He’s had multiple citations (and warnings) for driving well over the speed limit, far more than any 17 year old that I know. Citations are meant to tell you to ’stop your behavior, you’re breaking the law’. ‘The behavior you are exhibiting is dangerous.’
He ignored every one. The dangerous behavior led to John’s fate.
